Cameras are rolling in the Scottish Highlands on Celebrity Traitors UK and lineup has finally been confirmed by the BBC.Stephen Fry, Ted Lasso star Nick Mohammed and singer Paloma Faith are just three of the 19 celebs entering the castle to sniff out the traitors from the faithfuls in the first celebrity season of the smash hit on the BBC.Other big names in Scotland include Line of Duty star Mark Bonnar, comedian Alan Carr, singer Charlotte Church, olympian Tom Daley and sports broadcaster Clare Balding. The BBC has been hush hush on the celebs for weeks but The Sun revealed the vast majority of the names a fortnight ago.The celebrities will play the ultimate game of detection, backstabbing and trust, in the hope of winning a cash prize up to £100,000 for a charity of their choice. A trio of traitors will kick off with the remaining faithfuls attempting to sniff them out and banish them each night, while during the day they compete in challenges. The BBC and producer Studio Lambert will be delighted with the caliber of celeb they have secured, with a host of big names signed up. In the U.S., The Traitors is played as a hybrid celebrity-civilian game but the UK version has so far aired three highly successful civilian seasons, which have made celebrities out of breakout contestants like Season 2 winner Harry Clark and arch-villain Paul Gorton. The show is filming now and will air on the BBC in the fall before Season 4 of the civilian version kicks off at the start of next year. The Traitors is arguably the BBC’s breakout watercooler hit of this decade, watched by millions each night and having an outsized impact on the cultural zeitgeist.Presenter Claudia Winkleman said: “We’re incredibly lucky these brilliant people have said yes. I’d love to say we’ll take it easy on them and they’ll just wander round the castle and eat toast for a couple of weeks but that would be a lie.”The lineup in full:
