5 has secured the exclusive broadcast rights for the World Seniors Snooker Championship for the second year in a row. Set to take place from May 7th to 11th, the deal will see all the action from Sheffield’s Crucible Theatre broadcast live on 5 and its digital channel 5Action, enabling a wide audience access to all the excitement of Seniors snooker.Produced by independent production company Sunset+Vine the rights package includes live coverage of the tournament, with daytime and weekend sessions.
