Cricket fans will not miss a single delivery, boundary or wicket when England begin their five-Test tour in India, starting on Thursday, January 25 in Hyderabad.England’s previous tour of India came in February-March 2021 where the hosts secured a 3-1 series win. England claimed a Test series victory in India in 2012/13 where they came away with an historic 2-1 series win.Captain Ben Stokes and coach Brendon McCullum will hope to emulate that success and continue to produce exciting Test cricket in India. England’s new ‘Bazball’ approach led to a thrilling Ashes series last summer which ended a 2-2 draw and although Australia retained the urn, it was a captivating watch from first ball to last with Stuart Broad ending his cricket career with the final two wickets.England have named three uncapped players at Test level for the tour of India with Gus Atkinson, Tom Hartley, and Shoaib Bashir all set to make their debuts. Stokes will lead the side with fellow stars Jonny Bairstow, James Anderson and Joe Root also selected.India’s squad will also be packed full of household names for the first two Tests of the series, with Rohit Sharma captaining a side which includes Virat Kohli, Jasprit Bumrah, KL Rahul and Axar Patel.TNT Sports was also the home of England’s recent white-ball tour of the West Indies before the end of the year.
