DRB says Local TV channel Liverpool TV is broadcasting in MPEG4.
Base on information I has from July 2020 Virgin has still to move over all Local TV Channels that broadcast on Channel 159 to MPEG4 but that look like it been done in the last few months.
It only took Virgin Media UK over THREE YEARS to do it - We first seen reports of channels moving over from MPEG2 to MPEG4 way back in April 2019.
