BT Sport axe ESPN Channel in UK

BT Sport has rebranded a following today:

BT Sport has today rebrand BT Sport ESPN as BT Sport 4.
BT Sport HD Channels are no longer showing HD on their DOG - BT Sport 1 HD is saying BT Sport 1 on screen when you watch channel.
BT Sport Extra (Red Button Channels) are now branded as BT Sport 5 to BT Sport 10.
