Reports: SONY to axe "True" brand later this year

Reports are coming in to Media Boy HQ that SONY will axe their "True" brand by October 2019.

• Sony Movie Channel will become Sony Movies  
• Movies4Men will become Sony Movies Action 
• True Movies will become Sony Movies Classic* 
• True Entertainment will become Sony Channel

*Sony Movies Classic will NOT launch until January 2020 due to being known as Sky Movies Christmas from launch.

All of the channels will be available on Virgin Media UK with new cinematic design alongside a slate of new content.
