Is Virgin Media UK set to move some channels about?

We know that Virgin Media UK has sign an new deal with Discovery and Channel 4.

Channels moving packages will be down to new deals signed with Broadcasters.

We feel that Discovery maybe ask Virgin Media UK to move DMAX and ID to new channel numbers soon.

Box Plus Network did move channels about early this year when the two new BOX Channels did launch on Sky.

Here is the full list of channels set to move soon:

• ID will move from Virgin UK Channel 253 to Virgin UK Channel 170.
• ID +1 will move from Virgin UK Channel 254 to Virgin UK Channel 171.
• DMAX will move from Virgin UK Channel 170 to Virgin UK Channel 213.
• DMAX+1 will move from Virgin UK Channel 171 to Virgin UK Channel 214.
• Box Upfront will move from Virgin UK Channel 338 to Virgin UK Channel 330.
• Box Hits will move from Virgin UK Channel 337 to Virgin UK Channel 336.
• 4Music will move from Virgin UK Channel 330 to Virgin UK Channel 337.
• Kiss will move from Virgin UK Channel 336 to Virgin UK Channel 338.
