EXCLUSIVE: UPDATE: Virgin to offer two channels to L package for FREE in February

  • From Feb. 1st. Virgin Media customers on the L Package can watch Nat Geo Wild absolutely free on Virgin Channel 228 until March 1st.
  • From Feb. 5th. Virgin Media customers on the L Package can also watch FX absolutely free on Virgin Channel 158 until March 5th.

Virgin: Formula 1 fans on pole with Virgin Media and Sky Sports F1

Virgin Media, one of the UK's leading entertainment and communications companies, will be making the new Formula 1TM channel from Sky Sports available to Virgin Media customers, ensuring they will be able to watch every possible minute of the Formula 1TM Grand PrixTM 2012 season.

BSkyB confirmed Sky Sports F1 launch date

BSkyB have confirmed that Sky Sports F1 will launch on Friday March 9th on Sky and Smallworld.

Talks are still ongoing with Virgin Media about this channel.

From January 7th ESPN, ESPN HD, ESPN America and ESPN Classic will be free to all Virgin Media viewers to until February 4th. (Info on On Demand Preview Channel.)

New info about Sky Sports F1 appeared online today

Cable firm ''Smallworld'' has confirm via Digital Spy Forum that Sky will launch Sky Sports F1 Channel on they network on March 1st.

Sky Sports confirmed launch date for Sky Sports F1

Sky Sports F1 will launch on March 18th.

Still no news on if this channel will also launch on that date on Virgin Media.
