An unnamed (not in the SDT) static video slate has appeared on SID 1406. It states:
Viva has closed and is no longer broadcasting in the UK.

A new service has been added to the SDT: SID 1407 MTV Loves. It has also been added to the NIT of 3 internal VM networks normally used for testing.
It seems that MB's source is rather well informed.
