EXCLUSIVE: More changes set for 'Later this week'

An Virgin Insider has reveal to me today that the following things are set to happen later this week.

Cartoon Network HD, TCM HD (Both on XL Pack) and TCM 2 (on the M+ Pack) will launch.
Some more Channels set to move to lower Packages.
