Confirmed: Five Channels to move to lower packages soon

I can now reveal that Virgin Media are set to move the following channels to the M+ Package:

• TCM
• Cartoon Network
• Boomerang
• Film4 +1

The following will also move to the L Package:

• Cartoon Network Too

My insider told me they will move 'soon' but on the same day TCM HD, TCM2 and Cartoon Network HD  launches on Virgin TV.
