EXCLUSIVE: Media Boy HQ told ''No more new channels until later this year''

I got the following from an Virgin Media worker who was in my house today fixing my Internet.
''We have postphoned adding any new channel until later in the year due to central head ends need some work doing to them and our money [For this year] to work with is running out. We hope to start work when the money comes in March/April time. We have money in the pot but that budget for repairs etc"
