Media Boy Sources has confirm that Viacom is looking in to launching an 5USA HD Channel.

UPDATED: Media Boy Sources has now given us new info on what Viacom offer to Virgin Media:

Viacom did offer Nick Jr HD, Nick Jr. +1, Comedy Central Extra +1, 5Spike +1, MTV MUSIC +1 and MTV +1 to Virgin Media UK.
Base on information we seen Viacom maybe about to AXE MTV Cassic or becoming an demand service (MTV Play) only.
