Digital Spy Forum is reporting that Cartoon Network, Cartoonio, Nickelodean, Nick Junior, Nick Junior 2, Nicktoons, Boomerang and Zoo Moo HD has all been made available at no extra cost until October 31st to customers who don't normally receive them.
