Discovery Networks International has announced that they will be launching a UK local version of TLC on April 30th 2013.
Reports say TLC will be available on Virgin Media (channel 167) as well as via Virgin On Demand.
TLC HD will also launch on Virgin Media on the same day.
So is S4C set to move to new channel number?
