C21 Media: Discovery to launch DMAX on Virgin Media

Discovery Networks is bringing its 15-month-old DMax channel brand, first launched in Germany in August last year, into the UK market. It launches in the New Year.
The new channel will launch on Sky and Virgin Media on January 8, 2008, and Dan Brooke, general manager of Discovery Networks UK, said it will sit within the entertainment section of the two platforms' EPGs.
